First to harmonize from that pulse and the hypochondriac pain sounds good to go with XCHT, but why take out the HQ? Does he have afternoon fever? You may start to go stronger on blood movement right away by adding TBC and SZ to try and eat away the masses, but I have no experience with that kind of cancer.
