Good question. In this case, since it’s non-external and non-internal affliction, we go off the JG, and of course, I would expect Michael to assess the pulse and if necessary go with a for example CHGZGJT first. Intererstingly, the WBLXS postscript does mention the case for if the patient is afflicted by wind cold and therefore prompts to remove Sangbaipi, so I guess ZZJ just went with if there was nothing else, treat the wound/external trauma first.
