I have a patient coming to see me from out of town soon, so I want to prepare. Have not gotten my hands on the pulse or much case history yet. All I know is there is a brain aneurysm 3cm wide in the central left lobe, and he is prestroke and inoperable. 64 years old. Doctors recommend getting a yearly MRI and told to wait till his inevitable expiration. I am hoping if anyone has any experience with cases like this and some things to look out for, definitely thinking HSHS, FYT, LZW, GZFLW, TXS, but I am looking to prevent stroke, not treat sequelae. Thank you for your patience with this neophyte.

I remember Arnaud teaching us that Dr Zheng used XXXT to prevent stroke. The pulse for it was a slippery right cun.
