Female, 48 years with recurrent UTI’s premenses. This woman came to me with the main complaint of chronical leucorrhea through the duration of the whole cycle. The area had lot of itching. Loose stool, too. Treated her with GZRST + KS, and a few months later, her leucorrhea and itch is much less, and only premenstrual for a few days. Less loose stool. From teenage on she struggled with a lot of UTI’s, and took several antibiotics for that. Before the menstrual cycle her urine starts to get more dark, cloudy and there is pain with urination. Today she came to me with this urination complaint again. I want to prevent her from getting the next UTI. Other symptoms: dry mouth and fluctuating temperature. Urination does not feel blocked. She doesn’t know if her urine hot. Pulse: compared to the last appointments, they are more slippery on both sides. L 1. superficial weak dong I/II 2. Mid-superficial thin wiry 3. Very deep weak slippery. R 1. superficial weak slippery roll-up 2. Bigger, some wiry/slippery 3. Very deep weak slippery. Could this be CHGZGJT + GZRST +HS + FL (or ZL? YCH?)? And is it important to take out the GZ? Thanks!!
