I could use a second opinion on this new climacteric case. Women, 56 yrs. old, works in shifts as a nurse and has trouble sleeping between 1 and 3 a.m., when waking at night and fetching a bottle of water her heart starts to pound for 10 min, spontaneous hot flashes with sweats, mood swings. The last 2 years of her period she had heavy bleeding with dark blood and clots, stabbing pain at Sp 21 and some acid reflux. Usually feels cold with cold feet which turn hot at night and cold hands, tinnitus (high pitched), tends to develop dry bronchitis with runny nose, but no sore throat, never gets a fever with those lung issues, hard painful neck muscles, pain in R inginual line, bloating worse in the afternoons. After struggling with chronic phlegm in her sinus region a intestinal therapy helped her with that. Slight nausea. BM every second day, well formed. Slightly dribbling urination.Pulses all deep hard slightly rapid and fullL all deep hard rapid faint, cun stands out a bitR cun mid slip hard, dong I/II, guan and chi wiry slip hardTongue: no coating, wet, normal color.I am considering WJT obviously because of the menopausal issues but then again GZJNT also comes to mind.Help, please….
