Any thoughts on this case would be most appreciated. A 40-year-old woman suffered a concussion after a fall 9 months ago. Has had frequent headaches ever since. Can be dai-mai type headache that goes in a circle across whole head. Can be very sharp where she hit her head which is in GB channel posterior to ear. Sometimes has pain at the base of the skull. Worse with exertion, with any type of media exposure (using computer, listening to music, etc.). Pain is better with rest. Was told by M.D.’s right after injury that she was a stroke risk. Was given blood thinners, but never took them. She is taking tumeric paste. Is also dizzy and tends to be constipated. Takes effort to have a BM, and then it hurts, so doesn’t do it. Does enemas a couple times per week. Stool can be either hard and dry, or mucousy. Very fatigued. Dizzy. In June she got a ST virus and symptoms worsened. After this illness she also started getting headaches after ingesting sugar.Pulses: L: c, floating, xu; g, wiry, thin, med; chi, soft, deep, rolls up. R: c, soggy; guan, wiry, soggy; chi, soggy med to deep, rolls up. Am definitely thinking of combining Qing Zhen Tang with a base formula, but am unsure which base formula. This seems from the soggy pulses to be more of a water problem at this stage. Would this be a good case for LGWWJXT? Or LGWWJXT + QZT? Should I add MDP/TR? Thank you all!

As this is post-trauma and the stomach domain isn’t opening, then I’d empty the stomach first with the addition of blood moving herbs – THCQT. Then after that proceeding with restoring yang to the head.
