Are you thinking about the case where Dr. Zeng treated a woman who was suddenly blind after giving birth? I think that was a TWCQT instead of THCQT? Does she have any exterior symptoms? Line 252 does give you a permission slip to purge acute blindness. Probably better TWCQT then DCQT for her though.
