Ginger Michels, MSTOM, LAC, DCCM, FICEAM

Ginger Michels is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner in Illinois and the founder of A Touch of Ginger. She owns and manages two successful clinics in Aurora and Yorkville, IL. She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago in 2011, where she studied under Stephen Bonzak, Director of Chicago ICEAM. Her studies with Stephen led her to pursue advanced training in Canonical Chinese Medicine(R) through the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine, earning her Diplomate in Canonical Chinese Medicine℠ in 2012, and her clinical Fellowship in 2016. Ginger has continued her study and clinical practice of Canonical Chinese Medicine and now serves as the Chicago ICEAM Clinic Coordinator. She can be reached at gmichels@chicago.iceam.org
