ParticipantI’m not positive, but I kind of doubt that a 15 year-old would need much in the way of taxation formulas. It definitely sounds like more harmonizing is needed, especially since he responded to your first formula immediately, and then the symptoms returned. With both guans big, R1 tight, loose stool, and subcostal tension, it could be DCHT, modified for the phlegm.

ParticipantThanks Clint! I was looking at DCHT to see if it might fit. What about the dropped L1 relative to the big L2/3?
